Health Resource Unit in National Directory
maintained by us on the site and open to
general use. Health Resource Unit means Hospital,
Clinic, Polyclinic, Pathology, Blood Bank,
Doctor, Vaidya, X-ray unit, C.T. Scanning,
Ultrasound, Drugs/Medicines Manufacturers,
Twenty Four hours open Medical Store/Shop
etc. The information will be filled by the
Unit itself over the net or alternatively
information will be provided to us on printed
form and such information will be displayed
by us filling at our end.
WHAT
IS PERIOD FOR REGISTRATION UNDER `JOIN
US’ ?
This
is one year from the date of registration.
This is required to be renewed before expiry
of period of one year.
HOW
CAN I IMPROVE /EDIT THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED?
Yes,
you may use the EDIT button provided. This
will require user ID and Password. After
invoking user ID and Password, the information
submitted by you will be open for edit. You
may change any of the information in the
form and submit. The information will be
registered now as submitted by you. You are
free to use this facility of EDIT any time
at your end to keep the information update.
WHAT
IS `FREE REGISTRATION’?
The
services of site under SEARCH and INQUIRY
are Free and openly available, all the time,
to the public. However we wish to know the
identity of user and for this purpose there
is requirement of submission of some information
by the user for the first time. This facility
is under FREE REGISTRATION in which the unique
user ID is provided with desired password
. This registration is free from any charge.
The use of services on the next time can
be made by using registered ID and password
and no further Registration is needed.

registration is valid without any limitation
of time. At all the subsequent time of use
the registered user ID and Password to be
used for activate the service of SEARCH AND
INQUIRY.

will require user ID and Password. After

submitted by you will be open for edit. You

WHAT
IS FEE FOR REGISTRATION?
The
registration of user for SEARCH AND INQUIRY
is without any fee. The fee is payable by
the Medical Resource Unit (Hospital, Clinic,
Polyclinic, Pathology, Blood Bank, Doctor,
Vaidya, X-ray unit, C.T. Scanning, Ultrasound,
Drugs/Medicines Manufacturers, Twenty Four
hours open Medical Store/Shop etc) for Registration
for National Directory maintained and displayed
on this site. The fee is based upon certain
information of the Unit and this appear on
the submission of information. At this stage
it is open for the Unit to proceed further
for Registration or to withdraw.
HOW
THE FEE CAN BE PAID?
Fee
can be paid by Credit Card, deposit of Cheque
etc. directly into our Bank Account or by sending
the Bank draft at our admin office. Fee is
not received or collected in cash under any
circumstances.
IS
FEE REFUNDABLE?
No,
Fee once paid is not refundable.
HOW
CAN I FIND PROPER DOCTOR?
This
facility is available under SEARCH. You may
first get registered under FREE REGIWTRATION
if not already registered. Use the registered
ID and Password to go on SEARCH and submit
the field felt necessary. It is not desired
to fill all the fields of SEARCH as this
will result very limited finding. By using
the various options of filling the fields
of SEARCH, you will get desired result. In
our SEARCH mode you can also get the information
about the Doctor, Hospital, Nursing Home
etc. of locality using the pincode submission
in query. There is also facility of Key word
which can be used very widely with any reference.
The result is based upon information available
in National directory.
HOW CAN I CONTACT HELPLINE?
This
facility is available under INQUIRY. You may
first get registered under FREE REGIWTRATION
if not already registered. Use the registered
ID and Password to go on INQUIRY and submit the information felt necessary.
At the Helpline level we shall process the query and refer it to Medical
Professional/s on our Board. We shall let you know the charges for responding
your query and after receipt of payment, let you know the reply. The
mode of communication will normally be via e-mail but in exceptional
case, this could be on paper. The payment of fee will necessarily be
via banking channel.
WHAT ARE CHARGES FOR HELP BY HELPLINE?
This
will depend upon the nature of query and help
required. In this service we use the professional
expertise of Medical Professional/s on
our Board and therefore fee will vary depending upon the help wanted.
We hope the fee quoted by us will be economical.
HOW MUCH TIME IS EXPECTED FOR RECEIVING
ANSWER?
This
will depend upon the nature of query and help
required. However we shall reply as soon
as possible to serve you to your satisfaction.
HOW TO TELL OUR DISSATISFACTION TO HELPLINE?
There
is FEEDBACK for the purpose. You are welcome to tell us any complaint,
suggestion, improvement. We hope you will find our attention
and CARING
attitude.
HOW CAN I GET INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES IN SITE?
There
is regular updation in the site to improve it. It is neither
practically possible nor
feasible to give notice or intimation of changes
made in
the site to the registered persons. The changes will be made
at our discretion and suitability without
any notice. The changes can be seen and experienced
by opening the site.
WHAT CAN I DO IF INFORMATION ON SITE IS FOUND INCORRECT?
The
information is submitted by the Health Resource Unit (Hospital,
Nursing home, Doctor, Pathology, Medical shop etc.) directly
and the same is
displayed as it is. Instantly we have no control over the correctness
of information. However if such incorrectness or case of misleading
information is brought to our notice, we shall take up the
matter with the Unit concerned
and ensure correctness. The corrective measure may include
blocking of display of misleading or incorrect information.
